How does this production embrace sustainability?:	The film was conceived with the idea of dealing with ruminations, a fairly common problem in our age of performance. I wanted to talk about anxiety in a subtext, and look for something universal in it: our human condition is constantly questioning what it is and what it does, whether yesterday, today or tomorrow. I believe raising awareness of ruminations through the prism of humor can have a positive impact on all kinds of obsessive behavior, as well as helping those around to better understand them. Furthermore, the film was produced with very limited means and a very small crew. All the set and stylistic elements belonged to us or were lent to us, and absolutely nothing was bought just for the shoot, apart from a roll of Super 8 film. What's more, by concentrating the shoot in a studio and share the material with another project taking place there, we were able to minimize the impact of transportation.
Synopsis:	Dear Diary, I can't sleep. There are so many things in my past I could have done differently. I need to exorcise myself of my former selves.
